This 3-days gorilla trek safari takes you to Bwindi Impenetrable national park, a UNESCO world heritage site and a home to a half of the world’s Gorilla population making it a remarkable destination for mountain gorillas trekking. 3 Hours Before Flight Time
Amity safaris’ driver-tour guide will pick you up very early in the morning (7:00Am Kampala time) either at Entebe airport or at hotel of your stay in Kampala and then embark on a long drive journey of approximately 8 to 9 hours to Bwindi national park in the south western part of Uganda. On your way you will have stopover at Equator for Photo shoots and craft shopping if interested and then proceed to Mbarara town where you will make another stopover for Lunch and continue to Bwindi National Park through the rolling hills of greenery vegetation of tea and Banana plantations.

The day will commence with early morning breakfast and then proceed for briefing by park officials. After briefing you will start your trek led by game rangers through the thick rain forest vegetation lasting for about 2 to 6 hours depending on where the Gorillas will be but spotting them will be worth it and paying off. You will spend one hour taking photos and observing their human like daily interactions and then you return to the lodge to take a rest then later dinner and overnight stay.

This will be the last day of your 3 days Uganda Gorilla trekking budget safari in Bwindi National Park. The day will commence with early morning breakfast upon which you will travel back to Kampala for a return flight or at a hotel of your stay. On your road trip to Kampala you will have a stopover in Mbarara at Igongo cultural centre for en-route lunch and thereafter proceed to Kampala marking it end of your 3 days memorable safari.
